VISTARIL (HYDROXYZINE HYDROCHLORIDE): Hydroxyzine is used to treat itching caused by allergies. It is an antihistamine and works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction. As a result of my back issues (which may or may not have been related to starting Imbruvica, but I think they were), I dose-reduced myself after one month from the original full dose of 420 mg down to 140 mg. And I have remained at 140 mg ever since, for nearly 2 years. This drug has been phenomenal at suppressing my CLL! A real miracle drug. Blood work back to normal, lymph nodes and spleen back to normal, lymphoma B symptoms gone. If I have a short stoppage of the drug for surgery, all my symptoms return very quickly, and disappear just as quickly when I resume the Ibrutinib.

The chaos caused by my mood swings is very destructive and disruptive to my life. The depakote does help me with them A LOT. So although the side effects I have been experiencing are frustrating at times, i am grateful that I'm not being yo-yo'd by my emotions. This medication is helpful for me

My doctor is amazing. He does things in 3's. If it doesn't work after the third time, change the method. Once we find the right dose of Clomid we will try that for 3 months then move on. Hopefully this next month's dose will work.
