I had some pain in my knees lost quite a bit of fat and suprisingly gained some muscle. Otherwise no long term side effects.

I fought taking this, even after 2 drs wanted me to take it, b/c I was scared of the addictive potential. For 3 mths, I've taken .25 mg at night and if I have a bad episode of anxiety during the day, I take another .125 mg (rarely). It has helped me a lot to deal with this anxiety that came out of nowhere (chest pain, tightness in throat, fear of being alone) & it has made my sleep deeper, which helps me so much the next day. I was so scared to take it, but so far, I am glad I gave it a chance, b/c it has helped me get back to my real life. My psychiatrist says it is very unlikely to get "addicted" at my levels, but who knows? It does make me cough sometimes after I take it and it takes 40-50 min to kick in. I am starting to get more muscle twitches now, which does scare me...
I am allergic to Asacol which is also an anti-inflammatory sulfa drug. I did not know Clebrex was a sulfa drug otherwise I wouldn't have even tried it. I'm surprised my doctor gave this to me...actually I'm DISAPPOINTED that he gave this to me. Thank goodness I only took this one day!

No real side affects until after ovulation. I did ovulate very early, on day 11. Then I started having sever adominal pain and tenderness on day 17- today, day 21. I still have 10 days until I expect my period. I'm hoping the severe pain is a good thing? This is my first round and I'm not sure I could do another. Cross your fingers this is the month!
Do not get on seasonique, it is not worth it! I had to wear depends because I was bleeding so heavy which caused depression, headaches and neck aches.

I am clinching my teeth causing extreme sensitivity to warm, cold, even hard foods-noticed this when i started but figured it would go away once my body got used to it and now it is getting worse. And I am figiting - this just started within the past month. I do not see very many people with clinching their teeth but it has to be this medicine.
It slowed my cognitve function as compared to dilantin and it made me very sleepy. Also, it made me feel hot and sweaty all the time so that I was always thirsty or struggling to go to sleep at night.
