Side Effects for Ec-naprosyn (naproxen)

This did NOTHING for my pain. It did, however, decrease the swelling in my hurt knee. This is more for mild pain.

Anaphalaptic reaction after 5 years of use.

I had an exceptionally bad reaction to this medicine and ended up in hospital. However, I had been taking it on and off for 5 years. I did not really find it effective in pain relief either

severe depression, elevated blood pressure, severe vertigo with nausea and vomiting, a positive heme, photodermatitis

EC-NAPROSYN (NAPROXEN): Naproxen is used to relieve mild to moderate pain from various conditions. It also reduces pain, swelling, and joint stiffness from arthritis. This medication is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking your body's production of certain natural substances that cause inflammation. If you are treating a chronic condition such as arthritis, ask your doctor about non-drug treatments and/or using other medications to treat your pain. See also Warning section. This form of naproxen is absorbed slowly and should not be used for pain that needs quick relief (such as during a gout attack). Ask your doctor or pharmacist about using a different form of this drug or other medications for quick relief of pain. (Sources: U.S. Centers for Medicare Services, FDA)

Helps with what it’s supposed to do but the side effect of hair loss is life altering and hard to deal with. I will be asking to switch and stopping taking it.

Anxiety,Itchy skin,anxiety,tiredness,depression,oh and anxiety....

I only got the injection because I was going hiking for a week. The knee had nearly healed. A steroid shot had been recommended by another doctor for a previous sprain, and by friends who's had it. Instead of relieving the symptoms, it was like re-injuring the knee.

Effexor has worked for me - after trying cymbalta cipramil ciprlex tripilene aropax over the past ten years i have finally found one that workd FOR ME. That is the keyword - it is no use damning one pill to another person - each individual reacts differently to anti-depressants. You need to find the on that works for you. Dont scare people from taking their meds. If they have a good psychiatrist and psychologist (this combination is VERY important) then they will find one that works with the least or atleast liveable side effects. A bit of nasuea and yawning is far better than the suicidal thoughts and uhappiness i was living with everyday!

Shorter lighter period, no acne, breast growth

In the 2 years that I've been taking the drug I've only had maybe 3 flushing episodes. They only lasted about 15 minutes or so.

Nausea, joint pain, pustules, thrush, constipation, conjuctivitis

This is my miracle drug- it is fast acting so its great for panic attacks- it also helps withdrawls from other medications. it just creates a strong calming effect.Be careful though- it can be addictive.

Tired, sometimes I struggle to find words, weight gain. I can tell it's burning through the other meds I am taking, so some adjustment is still needed.

After only taking this medicine once, I expericed stomach pains, sore throat, runny nose, pressure build-up in my nose, and inability to sleep through out the night.
