KENALOG-40 (TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE): This medication is used in a variety of conditions such as allergic disorders, arthritis, blood diseases, breathing problems, certain cancers, eye diseases, intestinal disorders, collagen and skin diseases. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of triamcinolone, especially if it is to be injected near your spine (epidural). Rare but serious side effects may occur with epidural use. Triamcinolone acetonide is known as a corticosteroid hormone (glucocorticoid). It works by decreasing your body's immune response to these diseases and reduces symptoms such as swelling. My primary side effect is hot flashes. I may be experiencing some extra tiredness, but hard to tell if it is age or Lupron. My prostate and everything associated was removed, February 2006, so I knew my sex life would be over. Small amount of cancer, about one gram, still in my system.

After taking 10mg Crestor for 2 months, I noticed fatigue and my muscles getting weaker. My exercise routine has started to suffer as my strength and endurance are decreasing. I have pain in my hip joints, low back, around my waist and in my right elbow. It did not dawn on me pain was due to Crestor until I read these ratings. Crestor seems to be sabotaging my efforts to workout and get in shape.

I had severe brain fog, pain that was so intense that I felt like I had been hit by a freight train, cranial swelling, my entire body was water logged, kidney pain, stomach pain, constipation, blurred vision, irritability, anxiousness, jitteriness, and difficulty sleeping. I was also having trouble concentrating. I didn't leave my room for 3 days due to the hormonal imbalance i was experiencing.

My daughter was prescribed this for Impetigo. She was having no symptoms prior to med. I gave her first dose of Bactrim DS at 8 pm by 11 pm she became pale developed chills, generalized joint pain, rigors and high fever 102.6. I called the Cvs pharmacist and her Pediatrician both doubted the symptoms were drug related and advised me to keep giving the antibiotic. I trusted their judgement. The next morning I gave her another dose her body swelled, developed chest pain, headache, nausea and a sunburn like body rash. I didn't give her another dose. I started her on Benadryl 25 mg Every fours hours. She vomited twice had diarrhea that day but other symptoms improved that same day after stopping the Bactrim her all the listed symptoms went away. The swelling and redness gradually are fading and greatly improved. She feels back to normal. This drug is a nightmare. The company should inform Dr's and pharmacies how common this happens and stop listing as rare side effects

As much as I hated taking the drug, I found that it works well to decrease swelling that results from infection. I've taken it twice now, and the only way I will again is if there are no other options.

I had been on Premarin for a couple of years after a complete hysterectomy and didn't like how I felt: blah, moody and depressed. After losing 25 lbs my hot flashes and interrupted sleep (fatigue, depression, memory loss) started up again. Cenestin did the trick. I feel much better. An added bonus was that it got rid of vulvovaginal thinning and dryness, although the vaginal discharge is quite heavy.

Joint pain, decreased sex drive, burning/rash/irritated skin

Although the medication did what it was designed to do, the side effects of the drug (for me) eventually became more difficult to "deal with" than the depression. For me missing one dosage by even an hour caused paresthesia symptoms. I have been taking dosages as high as 375mg. The side effects increased anytime a dosage change was made (increase or decrease in dosages intensified the side effects with some homostasis but all side effects were always present). For me I felt I was put into this viscous cycle of treating medication side effects with additional medication. That history was provigil for somnolence/narcoleptic side effects. Ambien for insomnia, then eventually switching Seroquel (in low dosages) to increase the amount "sleep" time. I have since discontinued taking the medication and after one week of not taking the medication my sleeping has finally started to normalize (no sleeping aids), somnolence has gone away, paresthesia is still prevelant b

dry skin, chapped lips, dry eyes, some nosebleeds, skin more sensitive to sunburn, late in the treatment I noticed I became more easily agitated, slightly more prone to depression, and decreased libido

ZYBAN SHOULD BE BANNED...I had the worst experience on this.Complete loss of appetite, confusion, anxiety (fear of going crazy), paranoid, slightly depressed and a feeling of being lost/spaced out. Couldnt sleep although i was very tired and couldnt keep still. Ohh yeah and dont forget the nightmares.I cant believe this shit is on the market.
